he likes to lay on the couch with me whilst avi freaks out and runs around the house.

I love me some sleep, but a certain small and determined mitigating factor prevents me from getting enough most of the time.

i love it.
and i think it's super cool that your lifestyle allows you the freedom to sleep when you're sleepy.
it's just how eating when you're hungry is an important thing, or else risk farting up your metabolism...

sleep is rest for body. and healing time, for sure.

Good coffee is always great, but I don't recommend drinking it at midnight. It's better when you wake up. Beverage rotation is very important. Coffee all morning (maybe one orange juice--lots of pulp); sparking water, soft drinks, iced tea in the afternoon (herbal tea if you need something hot); beer, whiskey, cocktails start in the early evening and continue until 2am or later. Beverage rotation--very important...
