aw, darling. i know how you feel; this weekend was a huge bummer for myself (besides saturday's activities) and this afternoon i nearly had a mental breakdown about how i'd never be a good artist, and i'll never make it along with the bajillions of other people getting their degree/talent in art.... and yanno, a steady paycheck is always lovely....
BUT, you, m'dear, are talented and witty and CHARISMATIC as hell, and i know you'll succeed at no matter what you end up doing, degree-related or not. it just sucks to feel the damn wight of the world on your shoulders when we can't even legally drink yet.

Whenever I catch up with my old dorm-mates (or whatever the official term is) they always end up mentioning the fabled 'vodka evening' which culminated with the four of us all lying mostly naked in the hall at exactly the spot where everyone coming into that wing hand to step over us. Later we took over the shower...

I feel you on the broken elevator/heavy shit problem. Coming back up from the laundry room with four loads of clothes and having to negotiate six flights is no picnic.
