My 'ultimate weapon' for hair is Goldwell's Kinetics shampoo & conditioner - the cond. is the real miracle worker.
I also have some crappy dry skin in the winter, so I flake too much to not shampoooooo.
Liz Cho is hot - but shit, they all are. I just love that name, too - solidad o'brien (ive watched her jump from one station to the other - I have no loyalty to anything but her! haha
