Going back to school sucked and it was scary. Mine was about three blocks from the Trade Center, and had been closed from that day until October 1st. The day we all had to return, there were student volunteers handing out flyers about where to go and who to call if you needed counselling, wearing t-shirts with the school's name and "Welcome Back" on them. They checked for your ID three times, and only let you in using the back entrance. You could hear and see garbage trucks carrying debris up the highway on one side of the building. I only stayed for about twenty minutes before I left to go home. The smell outside was terrible and hurt your head, and made your eyes water. The payphones outside on the street still didn't work and had soot on the numbers and the phones themselves. When I left to go home, I didn't know you'd be able to see the huge mountain of what was left, because I didn't look in that direction as I was arriving, but it scared the hell out of me and I couldn't believe how big it looked. I left that school that week, and went someplace a bit closer the following March.

Well, your bases are covered for all intents and purposes. They're just covered through friends for a short time.
The show was great. Most fun I've had playing in years. Turnout was decent too. I just wish I didn't always wake up at 7 am after I've been drinking.
