meditation is helping
but sleep would be nice

my plants need watering
and my heart needs warming

i biked my ass off yesterday biggrin i'm pretty sure is just over 15 miles... gawd it felt great! and my legs feel like they're going to fall off today smile love it!

Time away from everything can be very good to clear ones senses. I think alot of people could benefit from taking time away and just letting go of all coporeal concerns. I hope your time in MI was good for you.

I am sorry you have been feeling sad due to the weather, cause actually I enjoy the gloomy weather. Guess it's time to move back to Seattle huh? Well it seems quite sunny today so that may help you a bit, hopefully?
