The back of the seat kept falling into the backseat. It had a little resistance but it wouldn't support somebody siting in it. If you even relaxed a little onto the back of the seat you'd stretch back at least 45 degrees. So I had to sit leaning forward for a day before I ended up putting my spare tire in the back seat to brace it! Haha. 
It's too late to take a look into fixing it. I wouldn't have the slightest idea how to anyway. It's fixed now though so I'm happy.

Pain doesn't bother me much. The actual needle going through, while it may hurt, I don't mind. The healing process does, though, and the fact that the first couple of days after I got my tongue done all I could eat was Campbell's Condensed Chicken and Stars soup. That really sucked. A lot. It's pretty much back to normal now, except for a few random things like yawning that aches a bit, and excessive talking. My septum's healing was even worse. I had to flip it up in my nose daily for work, so it took about 4 months before it was completely healed (at least no sorness when I tugged on it, anyway).
You should get one done and feel it out. None of them are as bad as you would think.

Life is too short to take all that at work. You spend the majority of your life working, there is no point in working somewhere that makes you feel so shitty. Maybe you should start to look for another job? Or the education course, I don't know how it works over there but here there are all kinds of benefits and grants you can obtain to help with further education...good luck anyway, I hope things work out.
