Your graduation requirements are those from the college catalog of the term in which you started college, not the current requirements. Maybe someone is making the mistake of applying the current requirements and that's why you were not aware of them before. If that's the case then you should be exempt from the 40 hour rule.

I saw Authority Zero again last night (third time). Damn they put on a great show. I wish the sound at State Theatre was better though. You couldn't hear the vocals for the first 3 or so songs. The surely aren't paying attention. I used to live next to the Huron National Forest. We had a couple of uncontrolled forest fires when I was a kid - twice we had to evacuate as they got within about 100 feet of were we lived. If you had been through that, you wouldn't ever risk starting another one.
