Personally, I normally drink Earl Grey in the morning for my black tea caffine fix and then move to green tea in the afternoon/evening. I've been off coffee for about a month now and this combo seems to work for me. I still miss the smell of the black stuff though.

I had a uber-fantastic time in toronto but since I've been back I have been on some crazy-ass elimination diet to finally (fingers-crossed) get my health back....all this to say that once I can have coffee/chocolate again I will be in a much better space to recall all the delicious details.
