I don't visit the boards very often these days, but when I do, and I see a comment from you, I either laugh or agree with what you're saying or some variation thereof.

So, hi! And I was about to say that I've never met a sweet potato fry I haven't loved, but that's not true. Non-crispy, limp, wet, slimy, undercooked sweet potato fries are the Devil. Also, I've tried many sweet potato chips, and they're universally bland and barely edible.
