My ex fiance had to have her cat put to sleep because something went wrong at the vet when he went for a tooth cleaning. He went into cardiac and respiratory arrest, and he wasn't responding much after they did cpr and got him breathing on his own again. I love that cat, even though he never cared much for me unless my ex was around. It's sad, he was only 9. So I cried for the first time in over 6 months when I found that out.

That kind of happens when you have a lot going on. It actually takes time to make sure you eat healthy and whatnot. But now that things are settling down, you can get back into your habits. You'll be back to where you want to be in no time.
