I am home and survived my first week back with my co-driver. He seemed a bit humbled by being broke (not having any money), so maybe it will last and I don't have to feel creeped out anymore. I will post more later. I feel the need for speed!!!! tongue

If things weren't bad enough . . . the increases in real estate taxes and insurance are killing everybody . . . even normally credit-worthy folks are having difficulties. Example . . . my homeowners insurance is now $4,550. per year. . . and I have a very modest 1,800 s/f house.

I would leave south florida in a heartbeat, if I could!
