Thanksgiving was great, no bloodshed. I think I will spend it without the family from now on...it seems to workout for the best.

sometimes I just feel compelled to try to brighten someones day. I gave the woman that was all upset on Monday, flowers on Wednesday. She was sitting there before work with the other girls and I gave them to her and said that the flowers were for all people having a bad day. Everyone there knew who I meant, but it was politically correct as she is still a married woman.
She got on shift and came over to my table and said thanks for the flowers. I said that I cannot give her flowers as it might be considered in poor taste. She smiled and said, they are my flowers and I am taking them home. None of the other girls argued as they knew that was the original intent.
She told me that she is trying to make her room at her dad's house seem more homey and had this big empty space on her desk that the flower would fit just fine, thank you very much.
Do I see any future with her, more than likely not, but I have a friend that will always remember an honest guy who says exactly what he means.
