Since Thursday evening; 90% of all of Western N.Y. has been blinded by a severe BLACK-OUTs, caused ofcourse by Heavy Snow ( Buffalo - Style ) . The trees bowed & SNAP - POP; down goes the power lines, fun huh ?!?!?
