Wow, no wonder you love lace. You're so talented at it! Black lace, I think, would be even harder than white because you need to keep the delicate and translucent properties to it. You nailed it.

Oh my lord, it's amazing! It's sort of fun to have been away a little while, leaving it with just a smudge of color on it, and coming back to it now in all of its multicolored splendor. I love that the frame is a sort of pixelated version of her hair.

So fucking HAPPY right now!! Didn't know what the hell I was going to with the hair on this- I was looking through my stuff and I found my watercolor pencils. You draw like normal- then you go over it with water on a brush, It's like magic, painting and drawing at the same time!!

I'm excited!! Can't wait for the weekend so I can...

I was just about to hunt you down and ask what you use. Great work Jim, thanks for the love on the Rainbow piece I did. Keep up the good work. Now I want to go dig up some watercolor pencils, and I think I have some watercolor brush pens somewhere too that need un earthing.
