Oh my God... I haven't been drunk in over two months, since I moved to Texas. And I haven't participated in any drunken postings for far too long. God I love this (until tomorrow, "im sure). Go Cubs! And the upcoming movies of "The Golden Compass" and "Atonement" better be good, or else somebody's getting scalped and castrated, though maybe not in that order.

So I just moved to Texas for at least a year in the possibly vain hopes of getting into the UT Austin MFA creative writing program. They have 4 spots for 600 applicants... yeah.....

I read your comment and the wording sounded great; I thought about just popping my head into her room for a minute and repeating part of that phrase to her, "drunkenness is not a blank check to do anything you want, stupid or otherwise..next time I'm calling the front desk and getting police up here.." but then figured maybe she remembered and perhaps some part of her felt bad and learned a moral lesson. Though..probably not, eh? She is pretty dumb, from what I hear through the walls..
I SO should try to remember the picture of the moose to post next time. Not of his winky, though. Just the branch in his antlers.

I suppose these days, I consider cheap being less then $16-17 thousand. I've heard from others as well that the East Coast is a good place to look.
I don't really like myself all that much at the moment. This situation is made worse by the fact that I'm completely adhering to "self-involved writer who's masochistic" syndrome, even though I'm usually the opposite of self-involved (except of course for times like this).
