My back is finally healed enough to start working out again, thank God. I was starting to feel flabby again, well more so than usual. Although my arms hurt now and I know I'm going to be sore tomorrow I'd rather feel that pain than the back pain or the muscle atrophy.

Hurt my back again last Friday and made it worse last night by trying to exercise, stupid. Went fishing this weekend down in Maryland. Didn't catch anything worth keeping except a wicked sunburn on the back of my neck and the top of my hands. Staying out in a resivior (sp) for about 9 hours will do that. What was that? Ouch, sum bitch.

Spent the last 4 days helping my buddy in Maryland move him and his parents into a new house. What a freakin' nightmare. Tired and sore as hell.
