anyway, yea, i'm from chicago now, technically. while i'm a native of illinois - i actually grew up in the quad cities (three hours west of chicago, near iowa), and went to school in bloomington-normal (right in the middle of the state, around places like urbana, peoria & springfield). i've only lived here 'in the city' for about 9 months ~ so far, i really dig it. but being in school, i don't get to enjoy it as much as i want. hopefully - over the summer - i'll get the full experience.
you get down this way often? what do you get up to when you're in chicago?
