you might of felt crappy from your diet too....it takes a bit for your body to get used to not having carbs to burn. plus it works harder burning off body fat instead.

it did shrink a little, but i have my own tapers, so nothin a little KY and a push wouldn't fix.
if you need to work yours back in, do it in the shower, under hot water with a little soap for lube, usualy works.
