One of the best films of this decade so far is Jose Luis Guerin's IN THE CITY OF SYLVIA, a film that is sadly without theatrical or digital distribution in the US. have you ever seen the ragtime dvd? i'm not saying you necessarily should but i thought you might be able to explain something. there is just one sole deleted scene (and rightfully so, cause it's so ridiculous) in the extras which appears in high contrast b&w despite the film being shot in color. but the thing that i am most curious about is in the scene, elizabeth mcgovern is sitting on a bed topless, but they have blurred out her chest. do you know why they would do that? it was just so weird.

thanks for the link. i actually had already checked it out and enjoyed it!

Out of work "deviant"? What does that mean?

You look like this friend of mine's husband...which is very good and comforting....

jena:

I say, go for it, baby. kiss I wanna see!

The deviant part interests me. Hmm?

I hope you don't mind that in my head I refer to you as Anthony. It rolls off my mental tongue easier. blush

jena:

I prefer more preposterous notions like Anthony or Antoine!
