Cold. It is strange. I am also cold. LA has turned me in to a wuss about weather. I moved here from Brooklyn now I have to were a jacket is it is below 60. I did love the gray labor day. It is alway sunny here so a gray day is nice every once in a while. I also miss the rain.

I fully understand the difficulty getting through Infinite Jest. It's a tough book. And it's certainly better on the second or third reading if you can get that far. Though there's no reason to start from the beginning. The book is structured fractally; any individual part of it makes as good a starting point as the first page does.

if painting is what you love then you have everywhere to go. going out is just time in between creating. if there is a time to create then that is where to go and for me, the best place to go. atleast that is how i feel
