We pretty much knew that CC would get fired if he did not make the MLS Cup. CC was not Hitch's guy, and this was his chance to get rid of him. CC made the team better each year, but no cups.

No, I'm not doing the spinoff - but I'm watching it. Feels a bit uneven at the moment. Some weeks good, some weeks nonsense. I think it'll settle down once all the characters are properly estabilshed. Second series'll be the real litmus test, I reckon.

Ugh. For some reason, I don't function well in the heat and humidity. I've been reduced to pecking away at the keyboard every few hours and watching Star Trek: TNG on Spike and G4. I never realised what truly awful lines Mariana Sirtis had to speak. I also have a new sympathy for WilWheaton. Those tunics must have been awful hot.
