I think cometing sites would mean Zinity or bombshellbratz maybe not so much a Tattoo Mag. It also says only the images you submit can't be used so if he took some other pictures of the same set but didn't submit them he should be able to use those without a problem. But if you get an official answer I would like to know as well.
