Yup a cashiers check doesn't bounce, and if you still have the receipt end of the check that usually come attached then you could probably sue her ass to get your money back and more since she causedall kinds of shit for you and had to pay more money just to be where you are at now! Cause I had the something similar happen to me, I sent the 1100$ check and text him that it was mailed and it usually at the very most would take 3 days to get there, well about a wk and a half later he text with some ugly remarks saying that i was lying and that if I didn't meet him somewhere with the rent he was gonna evict me, well I still had the receipt and showed it to him with his name on it and told him fu I'm not paying twice you need check your mail again or something turns out when his wife checked the mail she threw it aside and it was laying with their junk mail for a wk! So yeah you can get your $ back! Sorry for the long comment but it's bs how these landlords are!!! Glad to hear that you are doing good and back on your feet!!!

Happy birthday to your Sister!! I hope she loved Scuba Diving as much as I love it! I'm thinking about making a trip to visit some friends and hopefully scuba dive in July off the coast of North Carolina on some shipwrecks or something of the sort.
