Yeah, man, I have spent the last two days with my power going on and off in my apartment & NO internet at all-WTF?!

Hitler porn-I remember some weird pulp sci-fi book called "The Iron Dream" where Hitler moves to America and becomes a motorcycle riding sci-fi author-that's fucked up.

It's hard to always be prolific. I go through "spells" to be sure, and part of this art is honing the craft so that you can spit out -something- even on an off day. but when i'm in a zone, i create my best work. for days/weeks at a time. then i become a zombie and recharge.
there are a few insanely prolific mofos out there, but you do see the quality of their work deteriorate if they keep it up for too long. eventually you have to live a bit and accumulate more experiences to fuel inspiration.

so, keep practicing, but not every work will be a masterpiece. as long as you can look back later on and say "i really still like -this one- and -that one- and i really did well there." you'll be alright.

Eins, zwei, drei, vier, funf, sechs, Sieben, acht, neun, zehn! Have I made you moist with passion?... sorry, it's pretty much the only German I know.

As for the music, keep working on it! Artists suffer and struggle and starve; it's just what we do best. Oh, and self-loathing, too. You'll never be 100% satisfied with what you do, but that doesn't mean that your work isn't amazing. And I bet your work is, in fact, amazing. So keep on keepin' on.

Gah! German! I am kind of German, but I only speak English and French. The German teacher in my high school said that when I tried to speak German, I spoke it with a French accent. How funny is that?

It was in Farside, someone set a couch on fire in one of the lounges. So once again, they're putting people up in the hotel & looking for folks to volunteer space on their couches in the apartments.
