I have tried my best to avoid the Two Towers trailer. If I already KNOW that I'm going to see a movie, I try to avoid the trailers at all cost. Because at that point they aren't selling the movie to me; they're only giving away the best parts.

You're one of our fellow SG-LA posse. I'm trying to get a big gathering together, maybe after Claudia arrives in town, but you should make your presence known to the others. So far I have only met guys (not counting the actual SGs), it would be nice to infuse some estrogen into the sausage fest.

Oh man, i'm sorry .. that happened to what is technically my mom's cat last year but i grew up with her and i just know that feeling, i'd be so lost without my cat, as crazy as it sounds. but then, you can get a new kitty that won't replace your cat, but will have it's spirit? it made me feel happy to have a new cat and sad for my old one but it did help. and any cat that has an owner that would grieve for it had a good life...

I lost a kitty too this summer. A wonderful, magical little kitty and life will never be the same without him around. I loved him more than anything else in the world. and he's gone. I assume your kitty was a little ball of perfection as well. Although a bit late, I'm having a moment of silence for a fallen friend. take care

Yeah count me in too. And I have been in the exact same spot. It made me quite crazy for a while till I finally took a stand and told my parents quit using me as there messenger boy. Once my dad got into therapy his therapist told him the same thing and he backed off but I had to get really fucking pissed and break a few things till they realized the effect they were having on me. It is a bad place to be and it hurts as parties involved. I hope things get better in your situation. I think you just have to get it through to your parents that it is not fair to do this to you.

And I feel you on the work thing too. I work at Kinkosblahand you have to depend on your coworkers a lot there. Well it just so happens that many of the people there are super lazy and I have to end up picking up there slack. It really sucks.

My parents are split up but I'm lucky enough that they started acting civil towards each other once they were apart. Any damage done to me was done while they were still together.

And yes. It's is important that that chick gets her hair grabbed and gets yelled at. If you aren't going to go through with it, I will.

Have you ever had any body work? One of my friends is a body worker. I haven't had any done yet but I think I am going to trade one of his friends some computer parts for some body work. Lord knows I have some tension that needs relief.

Funny you asked about the roomate thing..I really want to move towards getting out of the house and into my own place...but of course money is always an issue...so I was thinking about looking into roomates. So perhaps we'll talk about it. And there's definitely nothing wrong with you. I am king of downtime. It affects the best of us, just a part of being human. And most people don't remember their dreams unless they're really vivid. Considering most dreams only last for about 10 min in real time...it's no wonder they don't stick. At least you're not having nightmares (well at least not that you can remember =0)
