I know what you mean about being a recluse.. I don't get many people visiting me down here anymore either, must be due to the cold.. I guess cold bothers some people more than others..
It's funny how when I first bought this boat I had 20 people who wanted to come over and check it out, they thought it was cool that I was living on a boat. Now I suppose the novelty of it has worn off for them.
Looks like I won't be going to NY becuase the client who's house I was going to borrow will be home after all.. I pretty bummed about that, but oh well.. Plenty of time to work on the boat and my other pet projects.

You are doing the right thing with your friend. You have to show them that they are doing something that hurts you and that you care enough to not help them wit their addiction. I hope this gets through to him.
