Thankfully, I'm a good tipper, and the cabbie will be bringing me my phone back.

My gf and I had dinner and wine with my co-workers last night to say goodbye to my boss going to Africa.

It's always weird when that happens (THEY'RE KILLING INDEPENDENT GEORGE!), but we had a lot of fun.

I just hope I'm actually awake today.

So I took a sick day because I was already tired before Q's last night, but this morning I could NOT get moving. I called work and fell asleep until noon. And I wasn't hungover, no headache or anything.

Every so often I have to be reminded that most things don't really matter.

Pointless is defined as getting to the day before your last day of vacation and getting sick. I've got some allergy scratchy throat thing that started on Saturday and probably wasn't helped by staying up until 4am.

That and finding out that in order to get your records sent to your new doctor, you have to pay 25 bucks.
