You know, you could have adopted a malnourished child from the third world instead. It would be a lot less work and after you teach them how to use indoor plumbing; a lot cleaner. A child would love you. My dogs work as a team against me. The big dog knocks over the garbage can and the little one gets in it and pulls out the meat packaging wrappers. Together they lick and chew on the Styrofoam and cellophane that still has a little bit of raw meat on it. They also eat rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. Do they clean up when they're done? No.

I bet you've got lots of great memories to take with you as you start making new memories at the new, cooler place.

I always cry when it gets to that point. Even if I fucking hate someplace, or I'm super excited for the next. It's like looking into what you think is going to be an empty box, and instead finding years worth of memories swirling around.
