wow I love having my cooking implements. Made hashbrowns, and cream of wheat with strawberries and peaches (all from local farms) and a pumpkin spice, almond milk latte....it's amazing what one can do with a proper kitchen

Might have a new set in the works for September. Can't wait. I think by then I'll have quite my min-wage job to focus on school and live off of gov'mint monays for a while.

The 9/11 GI bill is so great. I only wish that it would get me all the way through my bachelors and into my masters. right now it's looking like...

remind me to find out what the name is and give you a full review, this coming weekend. I will have completed my African history final by then and will have commenced with the...

2. African Hx: interesting ... I did an African Lit class and the stories, all of them, were the same:
The yams were growing, the white man showed up, then all the yams died.
3. Seattle: get here soon! Summer may be ending today! Or tomorrow!

Nope, it's today. hellooooo rainclouds ...

listened to a live performance of "the pale king" by david foster wallace on NPR. It was amazing, but not very uplifting (to say the least). I was listening on my way home from my stint at the library. I imagine that the book is some what of a hard read but listening to it preformed live was great! It's defiantly true literature. (as I...

going school book and supplies shopping. How exciting! Starting school on Monday and I'm nervous but very excited. Decided to go in the PhD direction and do what I can to try to get in to Tulane ...not that I could afford it lol.

My stuff is supposed to be in country tomorrow so soon my life will be reaching so kind of semi-stable state....

I was going to try to make it over to...

I was part of a Warhammer campaign once upon a time. Six of us. All of us Troll Slayers trying to die the most awesome death. Well, not true. The GM took a page from Gotrex and Felix and one player was our chronicler. It was a great campaign, full of complete and utter insanity with five us trying to die heroically while trying to keep the sixth character alive so our brave deeds wold be recorded. I think it is the most I have ever laughed during a Warhammer campaign.

Digg my new job working for UPS. Typical job issues though, not enough hours, cheap boss, and not getting payed what I'm worth to the company. All in all though I'm pretty happy with the way that life is going. I'm going to talk to the advisors at the school and see what they have to say about getting me into classes during the summer...
