I had a good day today

Despite feeling pretty bad when I got up this morning I actually enjoyed work

I made myself eat a decent breakfast for a start. No junk. Muesli & fruit. Fruit juice instead of coffee.
It worked. Even someone turning up for work 3 hours late (again ) couldn't bring me down.
