Went to take measurements of the house today...

Yeah...maybe I got excited too quickly. It is tiny, dirty and fucking sucks...but too late now.

Definitely not worth $825 a month...

I should have looked for an apartment. I figured it would be impossible with the snakes and cats...

Oh well.

We got the keys to the house. The power is on. Plumbers should be fixing stuff soon and then we're good to move in.

Happy Belated Burrfday, by the way. Really, I hope it's a happy one. I'm not as big a fan of them since they're stark reminders that another year has passed and I'm still so far from where I want to be.

I'd say let's start a support group on SG; title it the "Pity Party" even. Probably not a good idea. I've joked about actually throwing a "Pity Party," to turn into a drinking game. Rules haven't been fleshed out, but I'd wager a few people would cause severe levels of intoxication.
