And that's only 2 females as breeders. I plan on saving 2 more females from this batch for breeding.
Gonna need all the babies I can get when I have 10 more snakes.

As promised, here's the explanation to the imports.

Every year, exporters in Ghana are allowed to export X-thousand ball pythons.
So they dig up nests, and collect eggs.
The eggs hatch, and are shipped to the U.S.

Now usually they are picked through for "special" looking hatchlings.
Those are sold at a higher price...
but some people are lucky enough to get unsorted snakes....
