Good to hear dude, i think i am gonna be abstaining from drugs and alcohol altogether, the risk of me having another seizure is increased if I indulge in either of these. The last drink i had was my sisters wedding, which was one glass of champagne to the toast. That was march 03rd. Its just not part of my life anymore. I think we all deal with our emotions and problems in different ways, for you it seems like poetry, thats a great release i think. For me i take photographs i guess.

And yes probably a bit too much detail on the bad sex experience, although like the great Mr Levinstein said in American Pie, "it happens to the best of us, son"

Cheers Brad, i gave up drinking for personal as well as ethical reasons, i personally do not like the taste of alchohol and do not like how it mentally and physically makes me feel about myself. I am a much happier person without it in my life, if your happy with it by all means, thats great. Sarsaparilla and Sno-Top are great fun and sugar high alternatives to alcohol for me.
And yes i donned the wife beater purely for the sake of the camera, thought the beanie added a nice touch as well. Returning to my roots, i grew up 17 years in Salisbury park just across from Elizabeth Vale so i am bringing the inner bogan out in me.

Going Vegan has been a good personal choice for me, losing a little weight just happened to be a side effect of the ethical choice., i am also reasonably active during the day so that helps too. Because i also still live at home with the olds, i dont mindlessly snack like i used to, i will snack but on things like fresh fruit, nuts, dried fruits, popcorn, corn chips and salsa. Whatever ones choices for going Vegan, i think its a good step, you just have to do it sensibly.
