Just a 1/2 lb more til I lose 10 lbs altogether. That's 10% what I wanna lose .

Too tired to go to work though. Arggg. My jaw's all locked up.

Now that the water's gone, i'm slowing up, but 3.5 more is pretty good. This is gonna be so easy.

Yay, lost 4.5 pounds already! I know its just the "water weight" but it gets me motivated.

I have a little over a year to try to fit into a wedding dress. The plan starts today. I can use SG as Thinspiration like those ana girls use Mary Kate Olsen.
