i'm not sure exactly, but we got them to lower it by like $250-$300 i think. there are definately affordable places in there if you're getting a 1 or 2 bedroom and a place that isn't as new. we went to gaw reality. i wouldn't look online. you need to have really good credit too. i know we were looking at some 3 bedrooms for 1400-1500 and i think that's in the ballpark of what we're paying. then we looked at these crazy huge places with giant rooms and wood floors for 2000+ but they said they'd lower it to 1800. so i'm thinking smaller is probably the same or less than what you're paying in nj, right? it's so amazing there...it's like a vacation resort. i'm in awe, i don't think i'm going to believe it until i'm actually living there.

For Valentines day, we went to IKEA!! Got a new coffee table, finalllyyyyyyy. and a new side table. And we ate delicious Johnny Rockets and both had diarrhea all the way home x_O. THE END!
