I heard a story on the radio today. It was about a man who when he was a child found out that a black cloud hovered over his family.
It seemed that this information caused him to view his life as a failure and that whenever things seemed to go right, they would always end up wrong. He believes that the cycle has ended with his son. He does not see the same bad luck in him.
Here is my question, if you were given this information at a young age, would you feel that no matter what you did would always end up on the bad side?
I tend to think the whole thing is psychosymatic. You are what you believe you are, and since he believed he was a failure, he became one. I think that you are what you make of yourself.
So who are you?
