What a great weekend, my father got married on friday. It really was quite an event and Im so proud of him, first time I had seen my dad start crying a little bit when my new step-mom came down the aisle. It had also been awhile since I had put on a real formal suit too, even longer still is the last time I...

hmm...I'm not quite getting how the shaving set is ghost-busters relevant, but its super-cool nonetheless. When I have a son, he's totally getting a fake shaving kit.

it's actually a nine-tailed fox.. in japanese mythology, when a fox lives to be over 99 years old, it gains the power to shapeshift. and for every hundred years it acquires another tail- to a maximum of 9 tails.
the story my tattoo was adapted from is about a fox that changed into a woman and tricked a man into marrying her, when her tails were seen, she transformed back into a fox. the tattoo is right after the transformation, so the fabrics from her dress are all flying off.
it's got like a billion meanings for me. i think it's perfect for me
sorry for the longwinded post

Okay, no one is tagging me but Im gonna follow Anniefrannie and do the 20 questions anyway.
1) I have never been inside a limo, and frankly the thought of being in one makes me feel uneasy
2) I first learned to play the drums, then swapped to guitar, and am now learning to play piano.
3) I have never broken a bone or required...

Happy Thanksgiving to you too
Walk the line was awesome! Half of the stuff in there I never knew, that Johnny Cash was such an interesting guy.
My only complaint was once again just like "Ray" they show the characters life up until a certain point and then to close up the story in a reasonable time limit they go "and for the next forty years he kept recording hits...

I've been meaning to see that movie. Is it true that Reese Witherspoon is a good singer in it, or are the ET hosts just saying that to kiss ass?
Thanks to everyone who commented on my last entry, who knew Mr. T would draw such a crowd?
Im thinking today I will See "Walk the line" and enjoy in the unstoppable power of Johnny Cash. In other news, my damn computer wont let me play any sound on it and it's driving me insane not being able to listen to music while the Im...

Woke up today and remembered that school registration for spring session was coming up soon at college. Logged onto the citrus site to see when my appointment for signing up would be, and was surprised to see that it was 5:25pm yesterday.
So what usually would take me a solid day to plan out came together in about 30 minutes of class planning. I then...

As I was biking to work today in the freezing cold, I thought to myself "I should just move to California!" and that it would be pleasant and warm all the time.

Afternoon everyone.
Yesterday went to Cal Poly Pomona for "preview day" which consisted of listening to seminars about my major and what to put in my application and basically the transition from community college to a CSU. Still havent had a tour of the place but it seems nice enough. On that note immediately upon arriving home I get a letter from the california student...

bwahahaha! For some reason the start of that post really cracked me up!
The only two episodes I've seen were the really rich breakfast-in-bed-demanding lady switched to the humble farm family and the rich Italian family switched with the total hippies.
Those two were both pretty funny though, the Italian macho dad kept wearing the skirt the hippy wife gave him even after she left!
Come to think of it, thats a pretty good show!

Went to a debate on intelligent design at the college today. My philosophy professor was took the anti or evolutionary side, and a guest professor from a local private christian college took the intelligent design side.

It's funny how debates sometimes seem to discredit both sides, isn't it?
Thanks for your comment, although my question to you is:
If you know what it feels like to work one job for a long time, then why does your journal show you getting fired on Oct. 30?!!
AH-HA! I'm such a good detective.
(just kidding of course!)

If I'm understanding this, that part is kind of true. Fucked up, but true...fuck all that other stuff.
