ahhh, zits. Well, my friend (quite literally now that I see what sort of thing gets you hot), the doc has some insight for you: I usually see them when people have too many bad fats in their diet or too many refined carbohydrates. Smoking don't help either ...free radicals and such that contribute to lipid peroxides. All the truly fun shit really is self-destructive. Sucks yah?
