Tis some nasty mutated flu virus doing the rounds. Temperature fluxation is my pet peeve with the illness as well. Freezing with 2 bloody duvets on is no fun. On the plus side I've had some really screwed up entertaining dreams. Ah well, lets hope we both shake this off soon.

and i seriously can't live without television. i have to always have it on-kind of like white noise. the house has been dead quiet today and it's weirding me out. plus, i was an only child and tv was like my babysitter/playmate, so it's comforting i guess.

Corban passed away a few minutes ago when I went to check on him.

I saw he was moving around a bit so I took him out of his cage to check on him to see if his condition had changed for the better.

My guinea pig, Corban, is sick.

I think he got chilled in our apartment and caught a cold. He's not very into eating and his nose is runny.

I gave him a little OJ which he did a good job of drinking for me and tucked him into his little hutch house with some extra bedding to keep him warm.

Our guinea pig Hampton died a few months ago, and we didn't have him very long. He got scurvy and it was one of the most heartbreaking experiences I've ever had. I really truly hope Corban pulls through.

Thanksgiving was pretty good.
