Last night was amazing....I woke up in the middle of the night and it was raining and all of a sudden there was one bolt of lightening and one clap of thunder. Then it stopped raining and i thought, "fuck yeah, spring you're here". It put me in a great mood for the day. Honestly, sometimes I get a bit crazy during the winter, but...

Ah I like your paintings!!
im so excited, im feeling better and tomorrow i get to go down and work in my stu-stu-studio for the first time in two weeks!! I think this is the longest I have gone without working or at least stopping down there. I've found if I go for a little more than a week without working I tend to get rather anxious and a little...

that picture looks great! i neglect my drawing work mainly because im such a horrible perfectionist...i think thats why im better with my piano than with art..but i way appreciate everyone else's artwork =)
i find anything retail is just...a killer, it slowly sucks the life out of you unless you have a real interest in what you're selling or you own and craft the stuff...im glad the research pays better and i guess it'll do till you move to grad school right?
well i will see what i can do about checking out the moma =) im in new york thursday then utah till sunday next week...i cant wait but i keep forgetting because i booked it all so long ago and it doesnt seem real...its weird...im stressing that i'll forget i have to go and miss my plane or something terrible like that!
how come you have to take maths to graduate? im a bit of a dork and i loved maths in school, everything bar mechanics that is, just cant get my head round forces and turning circles and points of...uhh whatever it was hahah
i've been going to classes and chilling out this week, trying to sort out a photographer to shoot a set with, which i have now found...and we're trying to work out a decent place to shoot i'll have to do some emailing and begging i think =) but hey its all in the name of fun and capturing the fact that you're only young once!
how are things with you?

I've been begging more record lables really =) heard back from a few that dont unfortunately need any interns but maybe they will have changed their mind by summer so we shall see how it goes!
wow...so you're really arty? thats cool! what kinds of things do you paint? market research is miles off that, how did you get into it? (not that i interrogate people hahah sorry for the 10 000 questions!)
yeah its starting to warm up here that little bit so i keep forgetting that almost everywhere else in the world it will be cold, last time i was in the states was 04 in new jersey...the only time i've ever been for longer than a couple of hours i might add hahah...and that was april and i was STILL freezing!so its definately a case of long socks and trousers and tonnes of warm clothing...i wish i hadn't left my hat at home in bristol! doh! whats MOMA? and i'll wander round depending on weather but if like you say its freezing i'll probably see what the underground has to offer hahah!
The uk is very crowded in the big cities...london is SO full of people...but its an amazing place to live...i'm in the east end where all the culture is =P we have a huge amount of immigrants here so this part of london is diverse and absolutely amazing...you only have to go to places like brick lane, spitalfields or roman road to see the influence...bristol my hometown is quieter though its still a big city, sort of historical because it used to be one of the main trading ports in the 17th and 18th centuries. sadly it was also the biggest port in the slave trade, something we obviously arent so proud of! but we are proud of things like the suspension bridge, which was one of the first to be built...manchester is also a really good place to visit...its a stunning city, providing it doesnt rain...we have some amazing countryside around devon cornwall and wales...and then up to yorkshire and cumbria...and of course scotland! though i've never been there...one thing we dont lie about is the amount it rains here!so if you come over, bring the umbrella and wellington boots!
what classes are you taking in grad school?

HAHA!
I watch after school specials for PURE ENTERTAINMENT purposes only, they're fucking hilarious.
They remind me of the old "duck and cover" commercials during WWII.
"If you see a mushroomcloud, duck down by a curb, or fence and cover your head and neck to protect you from debris!"
WTF!?!? Like i want to be found dead and burnt to a crisp that way....seriously.
Have a good day tomorrow, and i hopes ya feel better!
