OK, here's the absolute worst one I know. Bar none. Even *I* hesitate to repeat it. But mylove knows no bounds, so here goes . . .

A new mother is dozing in her hospital bed while her baby sleeps in a bassinet at her bedside. The doctor walks in and picks up the baby to look it over. Then without warning he spikes the baby viciously into the floor, throws it against the wall, and finally drop-kicks it out of the window. The mother explodes with screams and hysterics - "MY BABY! MY BABY!!!"

The doctor grins at her. "April Fools!" he reassures her. "It was already dead."
