3. put another paper towel on top of it
4. squeeze the flower as flat and tight together as possible for about a week (they make plates for this, but I have cookie sheets under a pile of logs)
5. if you're a wuss, when you take the flower out, you can spray it with hair spray or craft sealant

WE went to the emergency room this morning, I was bleeding and my tummy hurt. Long story short we lost the baby. I'm ok Chris is ok.
