The doctor didn't say how long until I can skate again but I'm going to ask next week when I go. I'm having alot of problems with swelling and brusing so right now I can't even get a shoe on.

That guy was such an idiot! Yeah it sucks not being able to get around... the swelling went down a bit this morning so thats good. Things got worse last night but not dealing with my ankle. on my way home from quincy a guy hit me in front of the toll booths on the mass pike and took off. there is alot more details in my two latest posts. But Jusitn has been a huge help... with both my ankle and what happened last night. I was on the phone with him last night when the car hit me and he calmed me down enough to make the calls I needed to to report the accident. He also cleaned most of our room last night so that I can get around easier.
So I have decided to concentrate on myself for a change. Fuck those so-called "friends" who can't understand that. I have been pushing my schoolwork, my health, and my sanity to the back burner again and if I don't step in a stop now the vicious cycle is going to keep repeating itself...I can see that for the first time in my life. sorry I never put up an entry talking about the court date... my boyfriend's ex is trying to keep his son from him. one day he was supposed to see him but she denied him. her mother decided that he should see him so she met him in a parking lot and he took him for the time that he was supposed to see him that day (he had a court custody order) and then brought him back to her in the same place later on that day when he was supposed to according to the order. his ex found out and went and filed kidnapping charges on him and tried to file to take away his custody. she doesn't know court proceedings very well and filed in two different courts. One court she filed in family and probate and the other criminal. The family and probate issue was resolved last january and she was found guilty of violating his court order and was fined $250 that she was supposed to pay his lawyer (she still hasn't paid and it was due by 2/9/06). we thought that the kidnapping claim was resolved because they dismissed it in the springfield court (family and probate) but we didn't know that the paperwork didn't reach the westfield court (criminal) and we got the paperwork for that a month ago and he was told that he had to appear on the 24th. It was a hearing to see if the claim was to be continued to charges and for there to be a trial... we got there monday morning and she never showed up so the charges were dismissed.
