Damn! Do be careful. I lifted a fairly light box of books a couple of years ago and made the mistake of bending and twisting at t he same time, which I soon earned is a very bad idea that you should definitely not copy. Eleven months and one herniated disc later, I'm as good as new. I also now know that morphine is not fun. Sciatica pain isn't nice either. I admit it, I'm traumatized. ;)

That sounds really ynpleasant! I think mine is just my bed is pretty old! I've needed a new one for like a year but lots of stuff always gets in the way! But November will be my month to get a bed! I'm glad that it didn't do any serious damage though @jozsef

I went to a rave a little bit ago and got to see Super K and Flap Jack which are some Dj's local to California. They normally dj alone but they played together to make Super Jack which was their "dirty" duo =) It was awesome...
