The more sick my mum become’s the more unstable I seem to be getting. Seeing my mum is so hard.

Decided to make some veggie sausages for late dinner, set the smoke alarm off , then discovered that they are faulty. After about 25 min of loud ass beeping started to go into pure panic mode, desperately tried to reset the alarms and fell off the chair taking the living room alarm off the wall with me and electrocuted myself at the same time. 👍🏻...

Take all the time you need, it sounds super tough :( Really sorry it has turned out  like this - please find a good few people to support you through this tough time! No shame in going to counselling either - sometimes professional help is the best thing. All the best
