Finally caught up on some sleep...hooray! But my heart is so heavy right now. My cat is dying, he has stopped eating and has not moved since yesterday. I don't want to face it...but his time has come. Poor kitty, I love him so much! I can't think of anything else right now but him, so I am cutting this short.

Thank you for the nice comments and of course i'll be friends with you. I'm so sorry to hear that your cat is dying. I went through a similar thing quite a few years ago when my cat had cancer. I had to make the decision to put her down when the surgery did not help. It is a very hard thing to do but it was for the best to alleviate any undo suffering. My heart is heavy thinking about what you are going through.

as for missing concerts...that totally sucks...we work to live, and yet how often do our jobs take over our life???!!! i haven't gone to a concert for much too long now...i don't know why...i'm in this wierd funk with live shows right now...i would have thought that joining a band would have made me even more of a concert slut, but instead, i'm a no-band bar hound....i still go out all the time though. I am completely addicted to dancing ....in fact, it's ridiculous how little time i actually spend in my own space...my plans fell through this evening, and here i am, on the ol' computer anyway, i'm sorry that you have to go to work and miss your eve of bliss...but heh!!!! at least there will be great bands coming again! (i know, who cares about the future when we're stuck in the here and now)....
