We got our first snow of the year today. It has snowed all day here in central PA. Light and fluffy and easy to shovel. It is a winter wonderland.

I got my yearly review at work this morning. We do peer evaluations where I work. My peers gave me a good eval. They fuckin' better or I would kill them.........kidding, seriously I wouldn't do such a thing. Well maybe wink

The plant supervisor asks how my shift is going. "I'm not asking you to snitch on anyone....blah, blah, blah". You silly fuck!
I told him...

Music is indeed universal. I like Crack The Sky. Looks like it will be a lot of fun to see them live. I am glad life is good for you.

I read others blogs on here and they have so much going on. I must be an old fart.
I work. I eat and I sleep. Listen to music and read. Watch some soccer on FSC.

It is great to be young........I would go out to 2 or 3 a.m. and get up for work at 4 a.m. And not miss a beat.

i know what you mean, i am the same, but when i condense it all into a blog every fortnight, i surprise myself at how much i 'seem' to be doing, but in reality, i'm doing the dishes or walking the dog...

i think the important thing is to be happy in what you do. smile

I am getting to old to go out to 2 or 3 and get up for work at 4. Then again I am not as young as I use to be smile Crack The Sky sounds good. It is a good thing you have something to look forward to wink

Thin Lizzy

Are You Ready

Rosalie

Thin Lizzy was a killer band live. I saw Thin Lizzy March 15, 1982 at the Hemmerleinhalle in Nurnberg, West Germany. RIP---Phil Lynott. See you in Rock and Roll Heaven.

I woke up with a killer sinus headache. The older I get the worse these headaches get.
My daughter has an indoor field hockey game this evening.......so I am off to get ready and then go watch her play. She wants to play field hockey in college.

Listening to "First Blood" this morning. Hardcore excellence.

Be safe out there.

It has been raining all day. A very dark and dreary day.

And I saw this at Yahoo: Don't overthink it
Scientists find a hunch can often beat laborious data crunching.

Always go with a hunch or your best guess. If it feels right then go with it.

Feelings and vibes are real. At least for me it has been a way of life.

badangela:

I agree a hunch is always a good thing to respond to and feelings and vibes are generally a good indicator of something.

Having time off from work has been so nice. It really helps me recharge my batteries.

I finished reading "The Stand" by Stephen King. It is 4th or 5th time I read this book. One of my favorite King books. Good vs. Evil. With characters you can sink your teeth into.

Now go raise some HELL dear readers skull

What's the first concert you went to? For me it was FOGHAT and CHEAP TRICK at the Capital Centre in Largo, Maryland. Foghat was touring on their "Stone Blue" album.
