Kasey Kahne wins the Coca Cola 600 at Charlotte, NC last night. Yesterday was a good day for a race fan!

Memorial Day Weekend.....an extra day to take it easy.....Indy 500 on Sunday........the Libertarian Party has its National Convention this weekend.....Libs will pick their Presidential candidate......it will be a wide open convention......lots going on........here's hoping Dr. Mary Ruwart gets the nomination....

Sarah Fisher qualified for the Indy 500 Saturday. She starts 22nd with an average speed of 221.246. The primary sponosr has reneged on the deal and has sent no money. So with limited funds and one car Sarah gets the job done. I am happy for her and her race team.
