Sticking to my "kids only" gift policy, as usual. Exception being Mom -- but that's because the 25th is her birthday. I can ignore Christmas' twisted air of consumerism... but I can't forget the Mom's birthday!

My mate's cat died recently. 24 she was. Hardest animal I ever knew. Ripped the bejesus out of felines three times her size with getting a scratch. Farted on me and lived too. Hardcore.

Honestly, anything...if I could find a job that paid well enough and make it worthwhile then I would consider moving to where ever said job is...or if I could just do something on the side with them (from home even, like graphic design work or something) I'd still be happy with it...I just want to do something that involves snowboarding in some way....why, who do you know?

I think I'm gonna see if I can get my act together and actually go interact with humanity today and not just spend all day inside, again. (Even though I'm amazing at doing that.)

This morning I went to do PT (physical training) at the gym, but the gym was closed. That was a sign right? So I turned around and went back to bed for an hour and a half. Get out there and meet people, they are not as bad as they are made out to be.

This morning I got up. Got a shower. Checked to make sure that none of my things had been smashed or thrown out. Then i packed my lunch, took the dogs out, and left for work.
Today is present wrapping day!

'tis the season . . . that's for sure!
Today's random fact . . . i went to an outpatient center . . got put under anesthesia . . and had my bi-annual Endoscope . . . a procedure where they slide a camera down my throat, and check the condition of my esophogus, and the valve into my stomach. I was diagnosed with Barrett's Esophagus several years ago . . . which is a sever erosion of the tissues lining the esophagus, caused by excess stomach acid. I take Nexium every day to control it, and get scoped every two years to keep tabs on it. Fun!
