Calvin lost his umbilical cord yesterday. *tear*
In my crazy head it validates him as an actual human.
He is doing quite well and growing fast.
He is 20.5 inches now and almost 8 pounds.
I'd say that's quite a spurt for a two-week-old.

Well our little family is just chugging along.

I can totally see why so many people give up on breastfeeding. The first couple of weeks its impossible to keep them awake. Geesh.

I switched her to a different bottle that is hard to eat from and she's been bfing for the past four feedings. *fingers crossed* I'm trying to avoid formula if for no other reason than the cost. So don't want to pay for it, I'm cheap. wink

How did your c/s go? I was thinking about you and hope it went as smooth as mine.
